The NRA, on April 29 ordered the change of the current vice president and administrative of the commission, Luis Iberico and Juan Rodriguez, respectively, Elvira Rodriguez and Miguel Fuentes Chávez Antinori, after the claims presented by members of the Teachers Union of UNJBG against the commission for not complying with the appointment of university authorities.
It should be emphasized that the new members of the COG have assumed without full knowledge of the problems currently experienced by the UNJBG, so it is presumed that temporarily paralyzed the events have been planned by the previous administration .
This change has been made to the COG has been approved by the NRA Resolution No. 0489-2011-NRA , where it is not clear a definite time for the performance of the functions of this new management.
